Event Management

Use of Emergency Bag - Think Mary Poppins. Everything needed to handle unexpected hiccups

Decor set up - centerpieces, guestbook, gift and card table, place cards, favors, etc.

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout the event

Discreetly seat late guests to prevent disruptions and maintain the event's flow

Assist during photos - Straighten your necklace, tackle rogue curls or fly away hair, etc.
An extra set of eyes to make you look your best and make your photographer's life easier. -
Assist with room flip - Move decor between ceremony and reception space to adhere to timeline

Maintain communication with vendors to ensure everything runs on time and adjust as needed

Monitor cards and gift area and move to a secure location to avoid theft or damage

End of night tear down - We pack up all personal items, decor and gifts, and into designated vehicles. This may include floral or rental items and may be determined prior to wedding day

Ensure you and your guests have transportation and where you're going at the end of the night

Final walk-through of the venue at the end of the night, making sure nothing is left behind

Donate centerpiece flowers to hospitals and nursing homes, spreading joy beyond your event

Wedding content! We capture behind-the-scenes photos and memories and send to you the day after so you can keep that feeling going as long as possible!
